Welcome to pkr898 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at pkr898.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr898 governing your access to and use of the Platform, including all associated sports betting services, casino games, live dealer products, promotional offers and any other features made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a wager, or using any service provided by pkr898, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction or any applicable law in your country of residence. The Platform maintains a strict adults-only policy. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under guardianship or declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or ordinarily resident in, any Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing the Platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal position under Pakistani law.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order, court-ordered exclusion, or operator-imposed ban on any gambling platform, and must not be on any responsible gambling exclusion register maintained by the operator or its licensing authority.
• One account per person: Each natural person may maintain only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date. Any account found to contain false or misleading information is subject to immediate suspension.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full services of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and the Platform's licence requirements, all Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to certain deposit methods. Acceptable verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Payment method verification documents where applicable
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. pkr898 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkr898 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for personal entertainment use only. All use must be lawful, in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and not in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to defraud the Platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or fraudulent betting activity
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal purpose
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools
• Reproducing, republishing or distributing Platform content without express written consent

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and event, as published in the Platform's sportsbook rules documentation. Pakistani users are reminded that cricket — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral and domestic competitions — is subject to the same betting integrity standards as all other sports. Match-fixing or any conduct that compromises sporting integrity is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Casino & Live Games

All casino games, live dealer games, slots and instant win products operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. Slot RTP values and house edge figures are provided by the relevant certified game provider and may vary by game version and operator configuration. pkr898 does not alter published RTP values.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, pkr898's determination — based on official data feeds and sporting body publications — shall be final. Bets settled in error may be corrected at any time.

6.4 Void Bets

pkr898 reserves the right to declare any bet void where it was placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error, where the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned, where results are determined to have been manipulated, or where technical failures materially affected the outcome of the bet. Void bets are returned to the User's balance at stake value.

7.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in PKR or equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method names commonly recognised by Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as context, but availability of any specific method is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. None of these payment providers endorse gambling or are affiliated with pkr898.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier, which varies by method. pkr898 does not guarantee specific processing speeds and is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, bank compliance processes or network congestion.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit unless otherwise approved following KYC review
• Pending withdrawals may be subject to internal review for AML and fraud compliance purposes
• Where a deposit bonus has been credited, applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings
• pkr898 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available through pkr898 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms of an individual promotion, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits during bonus wagering, bonus validity period and maximum withdrawal limits are all specified in the individual promotion terms. Illustrative example for reference only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

pkr898 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or exploitation of promotional terms beyond their intended scope.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation. Users are advised to review expiry conditions before accepting any promotional offer.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including its design, layout, source code, software, graphics, written content, trade marks, logos and game content, are owned by or licensed to pkr898. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, adapt, sublicence, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express prior written consent from pkr898.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr898, its directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other loss of an intangible nature.

pkr898's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that User's account at the time the cause of action arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr898 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of any odds or game outcome data. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults or events outside pkr898's control.

12.1 By pkr898

pkr898 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct; failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable period; or where required by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction.

12.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out following completion of standard KYC and fraud checks, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or pending dispute proceedings exist.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all outstanding Bonus Funds and free spins are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the conditions in Section 7.3. Sections of these Terms that are by nature intended to survive termination — including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr898 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

pkr898 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case shorter notice may be given.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
